How do I cancel my order?
Cancellation of your order may not be possible depending on its current status. For the most effective assistance with your request, we suggest reaching out to us via email at hello@weactivewear.com. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Is it possible to change the color or size of my item prior to it being shipped?

Can I update my shipping or billing address after I've confirmed my order?
We cannot ensure a change will be successful after your order is confirmed, but you can get in touch with us at hello@weactivewear.com, and we will attempt to accommodate your request. Usually, this can only be done on the day of the order since we strive for rapid shipping. If an item has already been processed for shipping, changing the address may not be possible.
Is shipping to P.O. Boxes an option?
Certainly, we provide delivery to P.O. Boxes.
What is the process for tracking my shipment?

What could be the reason for not receiving an order or shipment confirmation?
Order confirmations are dispatched promptly following your order. If you haven’t received an order and/or shipment confirmation, it is possible that there was an input error in your email address during checkout, or the email may have been blocked. This issue is sometimes observed with certain email hosts, including some .edu domains. Please get in touch with us at hello@weactivewear.com, and we will make sure to resend your confirmations.
In the event that my item arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, what should I do?
We apologize for any inconvenience! Although we make every effort to prevent such situations, if you receive a damaged item or encounter a manufacturing fault, please reach out to us promptly at hello@weactivewear.com, and we will address this without delay.
Please note that any damages to your item(s) reported after 60 days from the delivery date will be considered as wear and tear, rather than manufacturing damage.
International Orders
Do you offer international shipping?
At this point We Activewear does not offer international shipping as we are focused on deliverying in the US in less that 3 days
Does We Active Wear have plans to ship internationally?

Return/Exchange
Could you provide information about the return policy of We Activewear??
We accept return for credit on all items in original, sellable condition for 21 days following delivery.

All orders placed between 11/1 and 12/24 are eligible for return until 1/15/23.

What are the steps for returning a gift?
We gladly accept online-purchased gifted items for store credit, provided they are in an unworn, unwashed, and unused condition with the original tags still attached. If you wish to initiate a return, please get in touch with us and provide the Order Number of the original purchaser.

How soon can I expect to receive my credit once I've returned an item?
After your return has been received at our address, you can expect to receive credit via email within 2-5 days.
How can I use my store credit?
Customers will receive their store credit in the form of a gift card, which can be utilized for the repurchase of a different size, style, or item. The value of these gift cards is equivalent to the amount paid during the checkout at the time of your item(s) purchase. If you wish, you can combine gift cards with an active discount code.
To redeem your gift card for your order, just enter the code you received via email into the “Gift Card or Discount Code” box during the checkout process. These gift cards have no expiration date and can be used indefinitely.

The style, size, or color I'm looking for is not in stock. Can you provide information on when it will be available again?
We Activewear introduces fresh collections every season. If a product is currently unavailable, you have the option to subscribe for email alerts when it’s back in stock, directly on the product page of the out-of-stock item.
I fall between two sizes; could you suggest the appropriate size for me?
